Great atmosphere overall, good food especially for a fast food place, but the staff makes the guest feel welcome. That's why they're always busy

Chick-fil-A has set a higher standard for more than just food business. The manners and the efficiency of all staff from each restaurant I go to has been excellent. They display a fine example of how to act positively to others and share their own good news with each other.

This location in my opinion is the best Chick-fil-A in the Mahoning Valley. Great service and hot food. The best part about this location is that the employees actually seem like they care about getting the orders right the first time around. The same cannot be said about other nearby locations. Keep up the great work, it clearly shows through your efforts you make towards your customers.

The food was absolutely amazing! It always is! The staff is the most kind staff I've ever encountered. Craig was absolutely amazing and personable. He was helping a mom while we were there and went out of his way to make both their days! He was amazing! Our order taker Kiley was super nice as well! My husband and I will definently be returning! You guys are amazing here!

Tried the new Honey Pimento Chicken sandwich!! It was Fabulous! The chicken was so very tender yet crispy, and the pimento cheese and jalapenos just gave it enough kick! So very good and my New Favorite!

There drive thru is so efficient. However getting out of that plaza can be a pain. It's doesn't stop me, im pretty sure I have eaten here 4 times in the last month. Their lemonade and milkshake 😋

Everything about this place is amazing! Service is quick. Food is delicious 😋. Fresh flowers gives a welcoming atmosphere.

I have never had a bad experience. The only thing was that the fries were warm. They were still good, though.

this is hands down the best chick fil a location in boardman, ohio. they all have manners and are always very respectful. compared to the newest chick fil a in boardman on 224 on boardman-canfield road - that one sucks, they need trained/help from this location!

Stopped in after YSU basketball game with some friends, service was great as well as our food!

Countless friendships, memories, and positive experiences were made in my 4 years working here. At the same time, I learned how to make a darn good chicken sandwich. Can't say enough good things about this place and the friends, not co-workers, I worked with.

No more chicken salad sandwich - not their fault. I got the Deluxe spicy chicken sandwich. It was ok - just not what I wanted. Truly a shame, it was my regular order and I would buy party trays of the sandwiches. Service always good.

Numerous times I have not received my complete order! When talking to the manager after I just spent my hard earned money there she tells me that they are not perfect! I work hard for my money and I deserve to get my order correct and for you to be perfect! I will never be back!

Just wanted to give a shout out to chick-fil-a. Your customer service is on point! After having to fast for 15 hours for a medical test at 7 months pregnant, starving is an understatement. I walked in used your very clean ladies room then ordered a number 1 with extra pickles and a peach shake. My sandwich I was very impressed with because it was over flowing with pickles which never happens when I'm at the Niles store (still love that we have a store closer to home). your staff is so helpful and I love that they all say "my pleasure".

I stopped into this Chick-fil-a for the first time yesterday and can't believe how incredibly friendly the staff is. They came to my table and asked if I needed anything, took my empty tray and gave me a mint all with a "my pleasure" attitude. They deserve a 10!

Every Thursday we have dinner at Chik fil a.... and sometimes other nights as well!!

This place is a grandmothers paradise! Relax watch the kids play they love it the food is wonderful, the employees fantastic! What's not to LOVE?❤️
