I like this place, the owner and staff have been so kind... even when I tracked in mud from hunting.
The food has been fresh, hot, and tastes good. Being the only Diner in town, it has been great, not having to drive 10-30 minutes away from this town to get food.
The Diner sits right next to a highway that goes through the edge of the town.
If you want a 5 star gourmet restaurant, then this is not for you. If you're looking for a small town Diner where they have a daily special during the week day, and you can come dressed in your dirty work clothes, then this place is for you.
I'm told the fried chicken is their claim to fame, but I've not had the chance to try it. Overall, I'd eat here again in a heart beat.

Service was good. Fried mushrooms were very good, onion rings very thin, almost shoestring - not to my liking. BLT - bacon and tomato very good, bread white bread, and lettuce was iceburg - meh. Mayo on sandwich was just right. Sweet potato fries were done well - if you like those.
