We absolutely love this place. Very welcoming and friendly owner and staff. The BBQ is top notch. We got the smoked brisket, ribs and the wings. The dry rub and smokiness on the ribs were phenomenal. So juicy and flavorful! The wings were nice and big and some of the best I’ve ever had. Well worth the drive from Milwaukee north shore!

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I would want a heads-up if i was considering eating here. There was only one server so service was really slow. It took a long time til she took our order and a really long time to get our food. We ordered hotdogs because we thought it would be quick and they had fun variations like chicago style and chili-cheese dogs. It was not quick. The food was okay. Everything that was deepfried was a bit burned. I felt bad for a bigger table near us. It was 6 or 7 people and they brought out one person's food at a time like 5-10 minutes apart. It was so weird. It took them nearly a half hour to get everyone's food at the table. Maybe if we weren't in a hurry it wouldn't have been so frustrating.

The bar was dirty, looked like it wasn't vacuumed in months. Besides one other guy we were the only ones there. My husbands chicken was cold in the middle which then made us nervous how the food was prepped. She had just told us their freezer went out and they were trying to get rid of stuff. Pulled pork was ok. Beans and coleslaw not good. Needless to say we will not be back. Just overall dirty and not professional. You can just tell they gave up on the place.....we will not be going back.

It's a place that you feel welcomed right away.. I love the old log, old decor theme. Reminds me of places back home in Door County.. Wait staff was on top of it all night. Food was amazing Great tasting with big portions. You definitely can tell everything was made by scratch. The quality was amazing.. It's a shame that I can only give 5 stars.. should be 5 Diamonds😎 I'M DEFINITELY going back.. Great job to everyone for a amazing night... THANK YOU😘😘🤗🤗🤗

Decided to stop on for lunch today and to check the place out for Karaoke. Met the owners...a very nice couple. We enjoyed the pulled pork dinner and half rack of ribs, along with a properly chilled and poured beer. Then we topped that off with a Smokey Peach Cobbler and Smokey Apple Pie also mode. Yum. Nice meeting and talking to Brad & Jeanette
