Chester's Drive-in

We got dinner tonight and it was busy. We ordered and got our food. However, the bun was hard, and the onion rings were very crispy and looked like it was cooked too long. Our order was messed up but was too late to take it back since we took it home. This was the first bad experience we have had. It's sad because we love this place. For what we paid for the food, was not worth it. We would have waited for the food to be cooked as it should. My bf said his burger was not cooked all the way. But he had a soft bun. But I had a hard bun.... My point is, slow down and do it right. If it will be a bit longer let the customer know. But this was upsetting we always send people to go check it out. I ended up making dinner for myself at home. I hope to have a better experience next time.

Good ice cream, but I really struggle with the service. We walked multiple miles the other day to stop by for a treat, knowing we had plenty of time before they closed, but when we got there they said they had already closed and weren't serving people anymore, even though it was 20 minutes before their close time. If you're going to close earlier, that's fine, but don't tell people you're open til 8 if that's not true. Be honest instead of refusing service ahead of your posted close time.

I absolutely love Chester's, we go every time we're in/near Plymouth. The staff is always friendly, the food is always great! We stumbled across this gem when staying in Plymouth for the motorcycle races at Road America one year. Now we camp at the track, but go here when leaving, even though it's the opposite direction from home.

Ordered double Bacon cheese burger with everything on it but got a double with no cheese and no bacon only pickles.Lady at front window was totally rude when I ordered seemed like she had a bad day.. Which resulted in my order being wrong.. And I walked over from motel so didn't want to return to make order right...Burger was trash cheese curds were good and shake was decent...

We pulled into there under the canopy at approximately 2 PM. 5–6 cars came in after us. Two girls waiting on cars made iContact with us several times as we were motioning trying to get them to wait on us. They waited on everybody that came in after us. When my wife asked why they were ignoring us the one young blonde girl extremely rude snapped at my wife “how am I supposed to know when you got here“ 45 minutes plus sitting there watching other people get served. And then to be treated rudely. Some of the worst service I’ve experienced in a Plymouth Wisconsin business. Will never go back. And I’m telling everyone I meet about the horrible service.
