This location needs to get a front desk staff member that speaks fluent English. The individual taking my order at the counter was unable to understand a deal offered by Wendy's that was on the board behind him to increase the size of fries and drink for $1.50 on a $5 biggie bag. After repeating myself three or four times I had to give up on the order because the individual was unable to understand english.

Ordered a salad and a burger online to be picked up through the drive thru. Service was quick enough, but the workers at the window barely said a word. Perhaps the quickness of the service also reflects why my salad didn't include its dressing or toppings (pecans in this case) or why my wife's Dave's burger was missing its lettuce and tomato (but at least accurately was missing its cheese). This Wendy's is better than the neighboring Burger King, but not by much.

Had trouble at the drive-thru. Waited about 5 minutes with no response. Pulled around to go into the restaurant then saw others in the drive-thru line who were able to order then get their food. I got in line again, two cars ahead of me, both ordered then pulled around. Again, I waited to place my order for about 5 minutes. Very understaffed here, nice enough workers, but the "fast" has been removed from fast food here.

Wendy's is always a great place to go when you're on the move. The $5 deal box is a great buy to keep you full all day. The food was fresh hot and the customer service was fantastic very friendly and professional.

If your deciding on two different fast food places don't go to this Wendy's. It was the worst food that I got from a fast food place ever. All my family's food including mine was not cooked fully through it was cold. DON'T EVER GO HERE IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO!!!!!

I get this location is likely understaffed, but just put up a piece of paper with current hours. Went here at 6pm on a Saturday and no one said anything at the drive through. Door to inside was locked so I assumed they were closed, but online it said they were open until 12am. Also 6pm on Saturday is shockingly early to close. Just make it more clear I guess?

Waited at the drive-thru speaker for multiple minutes no one respond pulled Up to the drive-thru window. Someone was standing against the wall on their phone. Did not come to the window to let us know they were closed. A manager eventually came to the window stating it was only her working. I hope the owner knows this has been happening. They Did not have any signs on the window that stating closed

Awful today!! I went last week and it was the best biscuit and gravy. Today…another story. 1st I was the only customer in drive through i sat for 4 minutes before anyone came in to take my order. Got my food and the biscuit is hard and the gravy was cold and tasted old. Not even worth warming up! I will drive the extra couple of miles to go to a different Wendy’s
