Asian Duck

My wife and I live this place and hope it can stay open despite the shortage of workers that just shut down our favorite Mexican restaurant. This place is not only very close to our home but has some of the best Thai food around. We LOVE the pho; it is very simple and tasty. And there curry is awesome!! They have quick service whether you eat in or pick up. And the server is cheerful and happy to help. We try to get there monthly at least.

Wow, the price to quantity ratio is as bad as I've seen. I order out multiple times a week and this was unfortunately the worst I've experienced. They charged $4 to add beef to beef fries rice (3small thin pieces). Food taste was average, but you could go to a competitor for less than half the price. I try to support local restaurants, this one will not be repeated.

We were unfortunately a little disappointed, we ordered takeout, prices were a little steep but we had heard good things. One of the items we ordered was a stir fry, we paid extra to add beef to it, but received chicken instead. We also ordered the chicken satay with peanut dipping sauce, there were 6 chicken skewers which was great but only maybe 1 tablespoon of the peanut dipping sauce which seemed disproportionate.

Asian duck completely updated their menu and now it includes more dishes with strong influence of traditional Chinese kitchen. We ordered 5 or 6 appetizers include spring and egg rolls, fried dumplings and cranberry wontons, in addition our group of five ordered different entries and nobody was disappointed with our orders. Their wine list is big, but not huge, and they have number of domestic and imported beer. Asian Duck service is fast, pleasant and attentive. If you ever visited this places I would recommend you to give them a second chance and I hope you won’t be disappointed.
