Taco Bell

I’ve tried and tried to be “okay” with the quality of food I’ve been sent home with but I’ve finely had to speak up. Two Crunchwrap supremes, complete wreck, dismantled with old tortillas falling apart. It happens, sometimes tortillas don’t hold up but the piece of rubber glove left inside of it frustrated me a bit. I would say 70% of the time I am pretty disappointed with this location.

This Bell is truelly horrible. A bunch of young kids working here. Piling on lettuce... Why do they always close so early ? Corporate needs to know if the situation here... They choose to close early EVERY DAY !! Went to the dive through at 530 pm, told me cash only... Then next day, they were closed at 730 pm , I don't even trust the food here is being prepared without unaltered ingredients due to the immature nature of the employees. I will never stop here again. Horrible.

I didnt eat here I made me a salad in thier parking lot from food I prepared ahead of my trip. My husband had several bean burritos from the drive through he said the beans were well made, sometimes the one closer to home are dry. The lobby was closed, but, the staff saw me in to parking lot and checked with me to make sure I wasnt trying to unload children, that was appreciative of them. Good job for actually paying attention to whats going on in your lot and caring!

I ordered a pretty large amount for my family and mentioned I had a beef allergy, they said that was fine so I proceeded to order. When I checked my food none of it was chicken, they "didn't have the ability to pruloduce the correct amount of change" it was a penny so I didnt care in the moment, and proceed to shut down early before fixing my order.

Taco bell advertises an open lobby on website and on door but once you get there an employee tells you the lobby isn't open. There is no sign saying lobby isn't open so customers don't know the lobby isn't open. They say they are short staffed but they have an employee just sitting by the door. Terrible service

Used to work there in highschool and was astonished that they didn't allow any kind of lunch/dinner break so working 8-10 hour shifts straight got really tiring, on top of a bunch of other BS they expected us to do. But that was 6 years ago. Apparently they haven't changed because now there is a whole 2-3 people left working here and they are only open 4 hours per day (if they don't close early) it's sad that they ran it into the ground. It may aswell be closed now. Last time I went, the larger lady working drive through was just shy of basically throwing my food through my window and telling me to screw off, I said nothing to her but she took her attitude off on customers. Needless to say I will not be returning.
