There's a vast difference between the weekend staff and the weekday staff I've been here a handful of times as it's the only Duncan in the area so they get busy last time I went for a donut around 3:00 p.m. they gave me one donut stale and the other one technically didn't even have any Bavarian cream in it and every time I order a cappuccino there's no sugar in it and they don't ask me if I want sugar in it or make me aware that they don't put sugar in it going further I've been slightly addicted to the mini bagels that they have cuz they are delicious but as proven today the weekday staff doesn't even heat them up weekend staff however m theade me want to come back to the store and get another serving unfortunately I was met with disappointment this morning as per usual on a Monday I'm on my way to work I don't have time for this Karen was more than helpful to replace my order but I know she is not the issue the issue is whoever made these clearly doesn't need their job

I have some hit and miss issues here with consistency since I order the same iced coffee and it varys on flavor. The people that work here however are super nice and the food and donuts have always been good.

Waited over 20 minutes inside to even get any ones attention here. Asked multi times if could get help & both times was told just a minute ( 2 gentleman working ). Didn't get to order until a young lady came in at 3:30 pm & she was very nice & kept apologizing to my self & the lady behind us. This was at 3 pm on a Wednesday. Id hate to seen it on a weekend. I will drive the extra miles & go to the Dunkin at 47.

Drive thru is quick and service is friendly. Food was hot BUT the hot coffee seems watered down and I ordered mine with less cream and no sugar.. Just wish that the bacon was put on the sandwich evenly.

This is 10 minutes after ordering. Got home and was going to transfer to my own cup. There are little white floating specs all over. Called the store to inform so they could throw that batch of cream out, and was told “OK thanks.” and they hung up.....uh what?!

Always mess up something. Either forget to add the correct syrup or forget the oat milk or almond milk when you pay extra for it. Also got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and the egg was still cold when I bit into it. Worst dunkin in the area

Went in side waited 14 minutes to have order taken. Drive thru more important . Next time lock door if you don't want to work counter.

Plano Dunkin is very frustrating. No matter if you order on the app or through the speaker there is always something wrong. I took a six week break from coming here daily in hopes that maybe they will have it together and still no. My coffee and donut order is wrong 4 out of 5 times. They recently hired some new staff that at least is polite to the customers and acknowledges them instead of the less than pleasant greetings we received in the past. I have worked in the service industry and if you don’t care, at least a little bit, it shows tremendously! The managers attitude is reflected in how the staff operates.
