Bien Chido is a small place with character, and great food. The meat is seasoned perfectly, loaded with flavor, and wonderfully tender. The carnitas have a beautiful crispy tender moistness, and the chips are served with 5 different types of salsa, all good in their own right.
The dining area is small, maybe 6 booths, and it seems as though most of their business is carryout. I, on the other hand, have always dined in since I don't live in town and I'm afraid my 15 minute drive home may take away from the freshness.
I definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for Mexican and you're in Plano.
This place has the best Mexican food in the area by far, and one of the best places for food, period. I realize that’s not saying much since decent food in Plano and the surround area is hard to come by, but that’s what makes this place all the more special. Please don’t ever close.
