I used to be a barista, and Coffee Del Rey has the best tasting espresso I've ever had. Come here for delicious small batches of roasted beans. The shop is in an old strip mall, but the space is lovely and so are the owners. One of my favorites 😊☕
Small but a lovely coffee spot. Being new in Texas, I have always have been on a coffee hunt, and I happen to find this place. Me and my husband have tried their americano and pour overs, both are really good. Their beans are perfectly roasted and the coffee flavour is simply amazing. You can spend your whole day talking to the lovely staff out there. Mind you they have a limited menu, but you'll find your favorite soon as you go there. Definitely love coming to this coffee shop :)
Kimberly has a passionate and knowledgeable approach to coffee! She and I have had a working relationship since 2017 and I HIGHLY recommend her. Good coffee and great people. We use her beans in all of our stores!
Best Espresso in recent memory - brewed with dedicated attention and none of the post-consumption after taste from "other" establishments. This is a boutique shop for those who want an extra dimension in their pursuit of higher standards in coffee.
We were there just to grab some coffee on our way to another appointment. Kimberly chatted with us briefly. My wife remarked without prompting that Kimberly comes from a family/social environment of the highest caliber. What a pleasant experience!

Grab a fabulous cup of coffee and bag of freshly roasted coffee! This is a super neat, independent, small business that was once a coffee roasting company. They still roast small batches on Mondays and Thursdays. The owner is very friendly. Check out the Oat Milk Cappuccino!
PEOPLE!! Get off your phone and go get some coffee at this place RIGHT NOW! What a gem. I’ve been working in Plano for quite awhile and after a friend recommended this place I finally stepped in today. I was greeted by Kimberly who was more than willing to chat coffee with my while she brewed a V60 right in front of me. This is what I’ve been searching for in a coffee shop. I’m so impressed that I’m contemplating giving up my Oak Cliff subscription to grab my beans here from now on. I can’t wait to share this place with friends and family. Patted myself at shoulder that I found this place in a suburb!!!!! I had a perfect Italian Macchiato with oat milk! The texture and the taste was dreamy! Can’t wait to make coffee with the Brazil beans that I bought.
