Review Kolache Factory - Plano

Clint Satterwhite
Standard Kolache Station fare, which is to say, solid, tasty, predictable and reliable. This location is brand new so it is nice and clean, well decorated and the staff is very friendly. There was a decent line when I arrived, but it moved quickly (under 3 minutes). I'm sure this is partly due to only being open a few days, but the kitchen was a little behind and they were out of a number of items (but three trays came out while in line) and only had strawberry for fruit options.

I think I might be addicted to this place. I stop in several times a week on my way to work. Quick and easy breakfast option that's easy to eat in the car for daredevils like myself. Staff is friendly and fast to get you in and out. Coffee is excellent as well. Highly recommend.

We were there saturday. They have good food. I ordered 8 kolaches and the lady warmed them up. When i got them to go and went to eat one in the car outside. They were not even warm, cheese was not even melted. The food seemed good. Just wish it was warm when we got it.

really enjoyed fresh baked kolache Saturday morning. Will definitely visit again soon and will try other flavors. If you take it home, please make sure to heat it up 15secs to have a better taste.

My office is in the business park behind the strip. I eat here at least 2 times a week. Kolaches are always excellent and Stephanie serves them up with a big smile no matter how early it is.

What an amazing place to grab an absolutely delicious breakfast or even lunch. The Kalache's are absolutely heavenly, they offer a huge variery of stuffed Kalaches, with both breakfast and lunch fillings. The Ranchero is my favorite, but they are all phenomenal. You can even order online and they have several locations all around North Dallas. Unfortunately I was too hungry and didn't take any pictures.

Not the friendliest service around, and the kolaches were just so-so, at best. Seemed very mass-produced, and to be just trying to make a buck off of the novel idea of stuffing anything in a pastry, rather than authentic kolaches. Very disappointed. I'll be trying another store for future Czech pastries. It did beat driving home to Ennis, but they are lacking, if you expect authentic kolaches.

I'd show you a picture but who's thinking of taking a shot with a warm, delicious stuffed ball of heaven sitting in front of you. Just go there, pick savory or sweet (or both) and enjoy! 2 convenient locations.
