Prices listed throughout the store aren’t the price you’ll end up getting at the register. The staff has made it known they don’t care what prices they have advertised they will charge you whatever they wish. Staff is extremely verbally abusive to customers. Staff doesn’t wear any type of 7-11 apparel/ name tags. The staff doesn’t care about anything, they feel since it’s a franchise they can do as they wish without any repercussions from home office. This location either needs to fully replace their staff and train new people who actually care about their jobs or have their franchise status removed. If this behavior keeps up won’t be long a lawsuit gets filled for one reason or another.

It is not a law to have a mask on here its merely encouraged. They are open in inclement weather.. I personally would feel more comfortable if they had one. Edited. Increased stars because in bad freeze they were only ones open with working pumps.

This store is awful. The staff are probably the rudest I've ever met. I was actually spit at by the one clerk when I asked why the store says 24hrs but is always closed after midnight. He said, "To keep people like you out!!" Spit at me & said something I didn't understand in another language. I was shocked as lal I had done was asked why the store was closed during hours that it was supposed to be open.

I bought brisk drink from ur location and when I reach home I found the taste of drink is different and then I see the drink is expired and it is still on the window I have a receipt and picture which I upload with corporate .

I'm not surprised to see this store has 1 star. It would have zero if it were an option. I used the air pump for my tires and it took my $1.75. I let the guy at the counter know it's not working and if he could return my money. He and the other guy working with him would not refund my money. They also never put an "out of order" sign on the pump. That's how they do business here. I called the 711 main customer line and they were no help.

Not sure why this place shows they're 24 hrs , THEY'RE NOT , AND HAVEN'T BEEN IN MONTHS. Just employees who are on duty and hide behind the counters unless a vendor shows in the off hours. The place used to Truly Be open 24 hrs, but changed to 19hrs without updating their website. I hate this place

Rude eployees, had to go in multiple times because they wouldnt turn the pump on for me to go get gas. Its right down the street from my house and i go there nearly every day and they are so rude towards me and my friends and family when they go in there as well. Honestly theres a racetrac down the street on alma AND on parker id rather waste gas going there from now on instead of going to this 7 eleven.
