When I pulled up and asked for an accommodation that I had said at the screen that I guess he didn’t hear, he got really snappy and said I had never mentioned it.. what good does it do for me to lie at the win

This store has invested so much into the newer upgraded POS Systems and n turn has invested very little into competent employees… If I took my own order at the kiosk what reason would there be for me to have to still wait 20+ mins just to pay for my food

It's not really a five-star restaurant but they do get the five stars because just like other Taco bells they were consistent with the Taco Bell brand quality and service thank you.
