It was my first time ordering here and I could not be more happy with my experience here. The young lady at the counter was so patient with my daughter while we placed our order. She got the ultimate club and I got the chicken california. The food was delicious!! Our jalapeño pepper fries were very hot and delicious with plenty of cheese, bacon and jalapeño. Everyone behind the counter was extremely nice, attentive and helpful.

I don’t understand why this location won’t answer the phone. I ordered via DoorDash and my food was wrong. I had a very simple order and when I tried to call 6 times I didn’t get an answer. I had to reorder and have it delivered again and I still can’t get anyone to answer the phone. This location has very poor customer service.

Don't waste your money! Just go down the street to Cheesesteak House. Seems like they were low on meat. Customer service was okay.

Very good food for the entire family. They offer a nice and clean place. Their portions are sized well and prices are reasonable.

An Employee rolled her eyes because I requested onions to be added my jalapeño fries. I regularly order my fries this way every time I visit. She exhibited this unprofessional behavior while training a new employee on the register. I felt very humiliated and embarrassed. The mall was very busy that day so I don’t know if she was frustrated. I love Charley’s but now I’m afraid to return because of her rudeness. No Customer should have to feel this way when ordering food.

Terrible customer service. Spoke to the manager, because she called me from her personal phone, because their phone number at the store doesn’t work. I called her back, and halfway trying to figure out an issue, I lost connection. I called back 30 seconds later, and she would not answer, I called an additional two times, a few minutes later, and she still will not answer. There was an issue with the location that my food was being created at, instead it was supposed to be at a different location. I was able to text her and still didn’t receive a reply.
