Review 7-eleven - Plano

German roaches on the juice machine. A lady that had just left from there came back in saying she forgot to ask him to break up her 20 into 2 10. He opened up the register then I surely said he couldn’t. She asked if he could break it up at all. He wouldn’t answer. She then said if she bought a water would he be able to break it and he wouldn’t answer. So she left. The fountain drink was supposed to be 49 cents (I told the person it was for about the roach. They didn’t care) he rung it up for 1.59 I think when I pointed it out he said I had to be signed up for the rewards program (although no other 7-11 required me to put in a number) I did cause I was already signed up just never use it. Then it pops up saying it’s offline. When I asked him what that meant he apparently couldn’t give me the discount. (Even though it wasn’t my fault) so I told him I didn’t want any of my purchases cause at this point I think he was just being difficult with me and the woman before me. He then tells me to go ahead and take it cause he will have to throw it away anyway but I declined and just left. Idk I what his issue was but I figured i could go elsewhere and no I didn’t catch the roach on camera because it ran up inside the juice spigot before I could get my camera.

BEWARE: I often frequent this 7-eleven for coffee, gas, etc. I went there on 6/30/12 needing a money order for moving for $1000. Before i left home I counted out my money $1000 plus $5 to cover the money order expenses. There is often an Asian lady behind the counter that always has her mother lurking around the store as well. She looks trustworthy and innocent enough. I explained that I needed a money order for $1000 and she rang it up and I gave her my $1000 plus the $5 to cover the price of the 2 money orders. She started to count it in front of me, but then stopped and started counting it more behind her register where I didn't have a clear view. I didn't think much of it, thought she looked trustworthy and just thought she didn't want to count that money out in the open. Well then she comes back saying it's only $900 plus the $5 i gave her. And I said no mam, I specifically counted it out and it was $1000 even plus the $5. And she said only $900. I told her I wanted my other $100, and I wanted to see the cameras. She would not let me see them. She kept on acting like she was going to call the manager. I carefully counted the money out before leaving home, held it safely and went directly to this 7-eleven. There was no mistake here on my part. She ripped me off. AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. I didn't know what to do, I didn't know how I could exactly prove it. I guess I should have called the police. I was just so shocked and bewildered about what just happened and I was just confused and didn't know what to do. But there went $100 of money that I was really counting on. Goes to show you, you never know who you can trust.

It was horrible after the Indian man from this store refuse to give me his name so I can call corporate to file a complain after he said I have to have a 7 eleven card to get two orange juice for $3 but the sign said 2 for 3 he argued with me and the gave the black man the reward card and told him he could have it so I said I always fuel up here and always but two juices for $3 this guy seem racist and I will be giving my service at another competition.

Worst customer service ever! They close 11:50pm to sanitize, so beer and wine sales go down the road to Preston and George bush. They could probably make a few more $$$,but don't seem to care
