Manager tried to blame me for the situation when I called and eventually said she "refunded me right now" except no refund

I order from here every so often but tonight was not good. Delivery took 2 hours and then I was trying to pay cash and your driver said I don't have change for your order so I was forced to give them extra I guess? Driver was on phone when I opened the door and didn't offer an apology or anything.

The person at the front was clearly sick with something. Don't let your employees go to work especially in a food enviroment if they're sick. Thats not even mentioning the sorry state of the pizzas we ordered. Not coming here ever again.
