This location deserves ZERO stars. The guy working the counter was rude and snappy to me and my family and they over charged us! Will absolutely not be going back!

I love this place and go here often, but if I order online, over the phone, or with a delivery app such as Uber eats I can never get my order as asked for. Today I ordered 2 sandwichs, one of which was asked for exactly as described on the menu. The second one had 3 simple alterations made to it and only had 1 actually completed correctly and the special bread I asked for was on the other sandwich. LONG STORY SHORT: only eat this places food if your gonna go in there and tell them your orser or your taking a large gamble to get your food the way you ask for it.

Ordered Mike’s Philly Steak! 1. Employees attitude sucks. 2. I ordered wt lettuce tomatoes & onions! He wrapped didn’t see him put lettuce & tomatoes so he unwrapped & put the extra’s.
When I got home, the steak not fully cooked, the sandwich was so soggy. I prefer the one off legacy drive as they are friendly and do awesome sandwiches. Not returning to the Coit one.

First of all when I walked in there was a very loud noise and I couldn’t understand what the workers were saying I kept asking politely for them to annunciate better or repeat what they said and they gave me very much attitude. The workers judged my orders and would stop and stand around doing nothing when they could be finishing making my sandwich. it was overall not very fun experience and it took a very long time Way more than it needed, I would recommend going to a different Jersey Mike’s if you would prefer fast and welcoming service.

When i first walked into the store the AC was super loud and i could barely understand what the workers were saying and it seemed like they completely refused to speak up. When i told the workers what i wanted on my sandwich they judged my preference and sloppily made my food aswell. All of the workers there were super sassy and they would stop halfway through making the food to just stand around doing nothing. Atleast the food was okay, but it was not worth the hassle.
