9:25pm, and the doors are locked, signs are off. It says right on the door that they are open until 10pm, but for two nights in a row they've been closed before 9:30. While writing this review, I saw two people slow down to go in, but disnt because the sign is off.

This was my first time going there, and the employee there couldn't have been nicer. Even though he was busy, he greeted everyone that came in, and managed to have a small, yet pleasant conversation with every customer, without it distracting him from making our food. I will definitely be back, Rez
I arrived here 15 min before 10pm and the door was already closed. The lady saw me and I told her it was not 10pm yet and she just ignored me. I am not the type to leave bad reviews but it is also not right for this type of fast food place to close 15 minutes before closing time.
For the second time in less than a month they have put sweet tea in the container labeled unsweetened - a real health issue for many people, not just a lifestyle choice. Worse, when told of the problem they just blew it off as no big deal. Wonder what other practices are also treated as no big deal.

Overall well maintained place, there seemed to be a couple mishaps including a soap bag substituting a dispenser, but the manager was very quick about the sandwich making and Ingredients were fresh.
I ordered a to go catering order and tried to call to change my time to pick it up. The phone rang over 100 times and a lady answered, started talking to me and hung up on me. I am now calling again and it has rung over 200 times. I will never order from them again. This was at 4:30 on October 1
