I like Taco Bueno is theory. In reality it's a mixed bag. This particular location is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes not so much. There have been at least 2 or 3 times were I was in the drive thru and no one took my order in the middle of the day. I've never had anyone bet rude, just sometimes the order quality varies. it's fast food so the bar is set pretty low for me. I'll be back again.

There didn't appear to be a manager on duty, and as a result, the restaurant workers seemed more interested in horsing around than serving the customers. I ordered the chicken chilada platter, which I had enjoyed in the past, but this time the rice was quite stale, and the beans were way too salty. Over all, the food was eatable, but I wouldn't say I exactly enjoyed it. Hopefully this was just a fluke, maybe if I visited the restaurant at a busier time, things may have been better. I'll give them one more chance.

The worst experience in life period. I would never come here again. Dirty nasty people work here and you can tell just by the food that these people belong in a zoo. They don’t want to clean after closing which is 12, so they do it at 10 when customers are still getting food. They literally are spraying down the restaurant with a water hose INSIDE THE KITCHEN at 10 when they close at 12. Nasty people. If you come here you must be super desperate. I recommend to just go to the Taco Bell across the street.

It's hit or miss. Quality, quantity, and service vary greatly. Service is slow. Special orders (e.g. add sour cream) confuses both cashier and food prep workers. High turnover at this location in staff and management. Better than the Taco Bell a block away but not by much. The Taco Bell has better service but the food quality is poor.

Best fast food Tex-Mex around. Tortillas are fresh, tacos are seasoned perfectly, and refried beans are tasty. One issue that needs to be addressed is cleanup. We were there for about 45 minutes and no one cleaned tables or the condiment bar.

This used to be my go to for fast tacos, nachos, and such... The food quality took a nose dive several months ago (not just this location either). I don't know if they have started using cheaper ingredients or what, but Taco Bueno is no longer bueno in my opinion.

My co-worker and I went there for lunch today. We all had ordered the "BOB", but when we relayed it to the employee, we said we want the B.O.B. We found out the hard way, how the difference between the BOB burrito and the big taco. We received the big taco. When we addressed our concern to the employee. She, without hesitation fixed our order. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in the fast food industry in a long time. She even brought our order to our table. She did the same with other customers there as well. I wish I could remember here name. Keep up the great service!

Yeah, I guess it was pretty good. I had a mucho nachos and two bean burritos, so a little over 2000 calories if you don't include my drink. The restaurant was clean. Overall I'd say my experience was bueno. Bueno means good, right?
