I arrived to this location at 8:05. I Researched before going to this location. On the website it says they open at 8:00am. Its 8:10 and there’s body inside. Now the website says they are already opened. The guy was next to me in a red pick up truck the whole time now he left. He had a subway shirt on. He got out the truck and unlocked the door walked in side and grabbed something and then he locked up and left. It’s 8:25am….. this place should close down honestly…..

Honestly worst experience I’ve ever had with a subway. I order delivery from the Subway website, they confirmed my order told me a time it would arrive then I got the message from door dash confirming delivery time…. and it was never delivered. I called about it, they person I spoke to told me this is a reacquiring issue at the store, and they sent me on wild goose chase to get my refund. (Which I still haven’t received.) Constant phone tag. I had to call door dash to even get a assurance that I’d even get a refund at all. Door dash only able to send a order form about getting my refund, since the Subway website processed my payment. All in all worst experience at a subway in my entire life, considering I haven’t gotten my money back.

Wednesday. 10 minutes to 9 pm. Two people behind the food preparing food for one guy. Doors open but I'm told it's their last order. Mine is the last? Nope. Done with it.

Love Subway sandwiches...loved this location for it's ambience, feel and really good customer service. The guys behind the counter were really patient and courteous.

This subway is the worst I’ve ever been to. First of all, the workers look like they hate everything. Second of all, a man who looked to be the manager was VAPING AND SMOKING. It made the air dry, I couldn’t breathe nice cool air in the heat. Third of all, the cookies were all burnt, couldn’t even bite into them. Stay away from this location.

Food was good. Did not take long to make our three sandwiches. Sandwich artist was lacking in personality. She was on her phone when we walked in the store while the customers in front of us were paying for their food. She rolled her eyes when one person in our party was a bit indecisive on what sauces they wanted on the sandwich. Does not seem to be a very inviting environment for in-store dining. Will probably be back because it is the closest one to the house.

Online order was wrong and they refuse to correct the issue or provide a refund. Sub-par product and horrid service. Update: months later and still a refusal from this company to correct the issue. Save yourself the hassle and go to literally any other sandwich shop.
