This Wendy’s is the pinnacle of a success, the joy and tears this Wendy’s brought me on a very sad day (personally). I will be returning to this wonderland of food and personality. The managers, the cashiers, the cooks, and the service all around was immaculate. The food was hot but not too hot, the drink didn’t taste like syrup water, and the cashier in the front was very helpful and patient in taking my order. This place of work, no this place of wonder was truly worth the wait, the time, and the hunger. I personally wanted to meet and shake the hand of the managers and employee but that would’ve just felt weird. Would i give 6 stars if i could? No, i would give 10. If you’re ever in need of food on a hungry day and you have the time i would HIGHLY recommend visiting at least one a week so the flavor doesn’t get boring and you can have a break in between visits. Thank you Wendy’s 3200 Custer rd for the delicious 10 star meal and making my day better!

This Wendy's is such a joke. We had so many bad experience with Mobile app order, they have NO IDEA when you come to the store and try to pick up the order. It's a shame because my family really like the food here and almost all the good offers are mobile app ordering only.

Taco Salad and a Loaded Baked Potato.
I got:
Baked Potato w/cheese and bacon .....no butter and no sour cream
No salad....only chili (which was watery....not like Wendy’s chili) salsa and a bag of chips.

When I called the phone number on the ticket, a recording said use remote access code. So, I couldn’t talk to anyone.
This is totally unacceptable. I may never go back.

Order taker at the drive thru does not greet you. Person at the pickup window did not say one word, not even thank you, come again, or have a nice day! She just stuck the bag and drink out the window. Requested condiments and side not receive any at all.

10 minutes standing inside, waiting to order. 6 people total waiting to order while the drive thru is moving fine. Male manager apparently doesn't care about the people standing, rather the ones sitting down in their cars. Then a lady with a takeout walks in, cuts to the front of the line, and he automatically addresses her. Ridiculous. Prioritize your inside customers especially the ones that haven't ordered. This manager is keeping his order times low for corporate while making customers wait in the lobby.

Probably the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've been to in a while. Fountain drinks were out of most of the options.

I would’ve given this place one star, but there were two employees that were really nice and working hard. This place is disgusting. There are puddles of water all over the dining area. The condiments station was a mess. Trash overflowing. The drink machine was messy and sticky. The bathroom was a mess. This Wendy’s was worse than the Mission St. Burger King in downtown San Francisco. Okay maybe not that bad, but close.

It's fast food, I understand you get what you get but the staff at this Wendy's just doesn't care. It always takes forever for them to take your drive thru order, even if you're the ONLY car, you'll wait 5 minutes. At the pay window the next I went, the guy was on his cell phone and looked up at me like 'what do you want"... Get to the next window to get my food, didn't get far before I realized my order was wrong. Turned around and repeated the entire experience again, but they did get my order right the second time..No apologies or anything just "HERE, take this"
