Ordered a farmhouse Bagel on ancient grain and a chocolate chip with plain cream cheese.
I got a farmhouse on cinnamon raisin and a cinnamon raisin with plain cream cheese.
The cinnamon raisin with plain is fine, but the screw up putting cinnamon raisin on a farmhouse sandwich is hilariously bad.
Cherry on top is when I tried calling them to let them know of the mixup they didn't even pick up.

This place is awesome. I swear every time I order something from any restaurant, something always comes out wrong. Well, the woman putting my order together took an extra second to unwrap one of my items, and check that it was correct. She truly didn’t know how much that meant to me that she made sure everything was good to go. Plus, the food was delicious as always!

I regularly order through their mobile app, bagels are good and they have a good variety, however 2 times after picking up order found out I was missing the shmear! First time didn’t bother in coming back but second time had to drive back to ask for it. Last time, then I got charged twice again on the app.

They have good-tasting bagels and smear-(cream cheese). Here are some of the bagels: Pumpernickel, Asiago, Blueberry, Cranberry, Plain, Chocolate chip, Power Protein, Pretzel, etc.
I rate this place 5 stars. They also have delicious sandwiches!!

I wanted to try this bagel place while I was visiting my kids. They ordered jimmy johns which was very close in proximity to Einstein's bagels, so that's where I picked to eat. I looked at the online menu and decided to try one of the newer sandwiches. I downloaded the app as was required. I couldn't get the correct location to let me order, so even though I signed up, I wasn't able to get any rewards points for my order.
They were very busy taking drive thru orders. One of the gentleman was very nice, the younger gentleman was rushed.
Online, if I had been able to place an order, my order was less than $18, but in store I paid $23.
The french toast chicken sandwich was OK. Not spectacular, but still good. It was a sandwich i wouldn't have created for myself & I'm glad I tried it.The bagels are good- equal- but not superior to other bagel shops that came before them.
The schmears are very good. They spread easy even refrigerated and the veggie schmear is really flavorful.

Usually pretty alright. But I just spent 7 to 9 dollars on a nova lox and got barely any salmon. I wouldn't have spent the money if I had seen how little I was getting. They used to be better.

Wonderful customer service! Thank you Chris and Zelina. The place is so clean and comfortable. I was looking for a new EB to start going to after a negative experience at my local one and I found it :)
Great variety of bagels and I was able to choose the ones that I wanted; they were even cut by hand.
I'll be coming again. Thanks again for such a delightful customer service experience.

Love this bagel place! Opens early (5 AM weekdays, 6 AM weekends) and has a wide variety of bagels and bagel sandwiches.
Friendly staff and fast service.
Their Monday deal is really good for long weekends.
