My wife and I decided to stop at Hooters at 720 Central in Plano Texas for lunch today. The location was not very busy but we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone asked what we wanted to drink and another 5 minutes to bring us two glasses of water. And then we were ignored for another 8-10 minutes.
