The food was terrible. Absolutely ridiculous. The service was very nice though. Our server Rico was very nice. We ordered the chopped steak and it looked liked a child had made it. It tasted liked it looked. The cheese was just thrown on top and not even melted.

The server was great! He was friendly and happy to talk with you about the menu, drinks, and anything else on your mind. The bread & food was excellent and delivered to the table as ordered. The ice tea refills are done nicely with another full glass plus a full carafe to keep you well stocked.
The manager stopped by to check if we needed anything else or had questions/feedback.

We stopped for a late steak dinner on a Sunday night. The service was wonderful, Alejandra took great care of us even though she was busy. She made recommendations, made sure to take her time with us and came back to check on us several times. All 3 of us got different cuts, ribeye, filet, and a T- bone and all were very good. I'd go back again tomorrow!

We had our 56 wedding anniversary at Saltgrass on central Expressway. I had a miserable cut of ribeye. Low quality beef. 6 oz of fat, grizzle and connective tissue and 6 oz of over salted beef and a glass of lemonade pretending to be a margarita. The following is a photo of the inedible meat.

First, I want to make sure this is a review for the proper location. We are trying to place a review for the location on Central Expressway near Spring Valley In Dallas. We love, love the food!!!
We were there in June 2022. The wait staff was absolutely embarrassing. Not our waiter. He was awesome. But, the rest of the people walking around waiting on other tables were not up to public standards. There was even a physical fight between the wait staff one foot from our table.
No one that I know will ever go back to this location again. What a pity for a place with such nice food. Even the chicken and fish is good.

I was served by a young man, which I cant remember the name of but he was super attentive and wasn't pushy about the offer of their new dining club they have going on with many other restaurants. The bread was okay, the Caesar salad was okay, but what made this place great is the steak and the service. The steak was tender and flavorful. Definitely beat my expectations.

We were there recently during the week. I will say I want to give you less stars due to getting rid of my favorite PRIME RIB! ... BUT our waiter, RICO was about the best waiter we have ever have!!!! Attentive, helpful, polite, and not slow at all... he was even fun!!! Can we get the PRIME Rib back?!? And then I will make our reservations for which ever day Rico is working!!!
