Starbucks at most locations never fails to please. They're always friendly, and they bring service with a smile. Despite my mishap of forgetting to ask for almond milk in my frappuccino, they still delivered! If you haven't already tried the Ultra Caramel Frappuccino, I highly recommend it!

Stopped by to get a latte and a pastry around 9:45 on Friday morning. The girl that was working seemed annoyed that she had to stop filling out whatever paperwork in order to help me. Takes my order incorrectly, I corrected her prior to her transacting the sale so she adjusted for price and size. That’s all well and good and I can handle being served by a less then outstanding barista but what she served was no where near the 21 ounces. Her portions, ratios, temperatures were all way off.
She needs an attitude adjustment and a lot of bar training.

The store is in a busy area, and was decent for a Starbucks. The drinks were delicious, and well made. I gave it 4 stars because the customer service was just okay... I suppose we came at a busy time, but weren't asked sizing of our drinks, nor if we needed anything else. Kind of just a middle-of-the-road Starbucks if you need a quick cup of coffee and in a rush and don't really need all the extra.

They have a new manager that is just a million times better than the one before him. He makes it a better Starbucks, makes better drinks, has amazing customer service. Hes made this Starbucks way better and cleaner, he's fixed up his employees and always makes his customers happy. He wants to learn his customers names and wants to get to know them as well as his employees. He orders everything needed. He's just amazing.
