I ordered online at this location last night but they were closed for the whole day so didn't get my food but I did get charged. The neon light-up "open" sign is even on but there's a sign on the door saying they're closed.

Terrible. Ordered direct on Boston Market website for pickup at 5 and had my credit card charged. If there are staffing shortages, emergency, etc - disable your online ordering. Found out after the fact that it looks like we're not the first one.. and we weren't the only ones that got bamboozled. Ot
The chicken was overheated for my son and husbands 3 piece dark. The corn was nowhere near sweet. The only good thing that was going for that meal 04/27/2022, was the cornbread. I prefer BM over all other chicken places, but this location can never seem to get it right.

Prime rib was terrible. I got the end piece of steak. It's overcooked even I requested medium rare. It's tough and chewy. I was not able to cut it. It's a totally waste of $21.99 meal.
I haven’t been to a Boston market in a while so I decided to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I went through the drive through and I was helped by this young gentleman, Aidyn. He was very well spoken and helpful and made my experience better. The food was amazing aswell!
