Wow, is there a zero star rating? This store has permanently lost my business. Damn near chipped my tooth on the over cooked and stale breadstick. I cannot believe this store does not have a quality assurance process before food is provided. Very nervous about how they handle the pizza here.
Drive to the next LC, it will likely be well worth it the extra 10 min.

I got a hot and ready pepperoni pizza around noon, it took the staff a minute or so to box it, and it's exactly as I ordered. A pepperoni pizza costing about $7.

Terrible customer service. 13 year old kid at the Register looks at me with a blank look on his face after charging me for crazy bread and then telling me they don’t have any…. After he can’t figure out how to give a refund I’m told by another blank face I’ll make some, after blank face one tells me they are completely out. Ok I’ll wait 20 minutes… back to blank face who says he is going to give me a pizza from the warmer. I asked him if he can make one fresh since I have to wait to which he responds, “ we still have to serve other customers.” Wow!!! Worst customer service ever!

Horrible employees and management, they are so apathetic! I always come here for pizza, haven't been in a while but they must have new management and staff. The girl in the scarf couldn't even take my order. I asked for the pizza/calzone Batman pizza and she's trying to tell me I can only get the pepperoni or cheese...really but pizza usually includes the cheese according to her no. So I changed my order to the classic and she still had a problem taking my order, maybe a language barrier, even so maybe she shouldn't be taking orders, she seemed more interested texting than helping customers. NEVER AGAIN will I come to this store, I'll drive out of my way to get pizza.

Please be aware of stale and burned Hot and Ready pizza they sale to you in this location. Check your pizza before leaving the store.

If you get a hot and ready at this location be aware that they will give you old OLD pizzas to try to get rid of before serving the new ones. I should’ve known when the cashier grabbed one from the top and one from bottom of the full warmer. One was hard as rocks. On was fresh.

I personally love and prefer Little Caesars Pizza over all the pizzas places around from here to West Texas but this Little Caesars on Independence location is the worst pizza I've ever purchased in my life from any pizza place the pizza was dried the crazy bread didn't have any flavor no salt nothing no it just taste like bread like dope the root beer that I bought was the only thing that was good out of the whole deal for $15 I could have bought three cases of root beer I will never step foot in this place again except for a refund.
