Absolutely ridiculous. Sat down to play on his phone and didn’t even bother to get up until someone said something. I ordered a 16 piece with the three LARGE sides an extra order of fries and an extra order of rice and beans. He made them all regulars and had to remake them because I ordered larger. Then they didn’t give me my order or fries nor my 8 biscuits. I had to keep sending them back because they kept forgetting things. Then I get home to feed my kids to realize they shorted me or everything and gave me a 12 piece instead of a 15 piece. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. And the biscuits were Burnt.

They fulfilled wha t you requested and ordered. Come on if you order Popeyes why you expect something other than taste, such as services.
Most of the Popeyes stores are “slow” as it’s just their type of the business lol.
The food never failed me on the taste, portion or the freshness.
This is a typical Popeyes store and during rush hours you might need to wait 30 mins in the drive thru lane.
One thing I don’t like Popeyes stores are they sometimes decided to close the lobby any time, so they don’t work based on their hours on the website or the window.

Service is good but the food they need some work on... example the biscuit was hard (like a rock) .. I was dinning in and other ppl had the same issue... fries are not that great but will do.... but I have to give it to them it was super clean... not sure if they had corporate on location cause Popeye employees where sitting in the lobby... .. please step up the game on ya biscuits please .... other than that ya are great....

So disappointing. I waited in a long line, paying over five dollars for a large red beans and rice. When I got home I discovered that there was almost no beans. I was basically left staring at a large container of rice.
Corporate really needs to do something about this location.

NEVER NEVER NEVER order delivery from this location. Apparently I'm a glutton for punishment. I've received at least 3 horrible (not just bad, horrible) orders. I'm convinced they send the oldest food out for delivery since they don't have to personally deal with the complaint. I never receive my entire order. This time it was missing a drink, last time a side, time before that a pie. The biscuits were hard, dry, and tasted like actual paper. Inedible. The chicken was clearly refried from earlier today and so was the shrimp. I've tried to call the restaurant for every horrible order and the phone just rings and rings. NOBODY ever answers... EVER. I've done complaints on the website, no resolution... EVER. Unfortunately there are no other Popeyes in my area so, I can't just order from another one. Luckily DoorDash has been able to refund my messed up orders but, I REFUSE to continue to give this place another dime! Horrible quality. ZERO customer service. Absolutely zero care for the quality of service they provide. 10 of of 10 would NOT recommend!

I saw that Popeyes was offering a new flounder fish sandwich and I had to try it - we love their chicken sandwich and their fries - so good...so I was hoping that the fish sandwich would be as good - and it was! Now, this location might not be the best Popeyes in the world, but the food is good, the service is usually pretty quick and the price isn't bad - so give it a try - and don't sleep on that fish sandwich!

I wish I could give a review about their food since I haven't been able to actually try their food! Three times I'd have stopped to buy food bit every time there is no one answering the speaker or drive thru window! Last time I'd waited ten minutes at speaker, no answer, drove to window and when one of the cooks saw me told the person to come and she refused to go to the window, do not recommend this location, since their customers are not their priority!!
