Visited in Sunday. Service was great and dishes are Texas size. The potato floss (土豆丝) was so far the thinnest I had found around N-DFW, comparable to angel hair pasta's diameter. Their chef has a great skill in chopper. Taste is authentic to my mouth, thought I was not from the North China.

Ate lunch, fairly empty at 11:30 but had full attention of staff. Food was good, service was great, not sure older gentleman could even speak English but he was endearing. He made the whole meal memorable and worth returning for.
