Absolutely delightful. I never would have expected such a gem in a food court if it weren't for the reviews. The ramen in my picture is the medium-sized Shio (salt) Ramen, and it was delicious. My family and my parents in law went to Hokkaido Ramen at Mitsuwa market to have dinner on 3/25/19. After we are done ordering, my husband and I went to the tap to get water. And there was a couple piece of black cotton-looking stuff came out from Hokkaido’s tap, which looks really gross (see pic).

Great ramen, me and my husband go here frequently for date nights. We usually get the miso ramen and spicy miso ramen, the pork flavor in both is amazing! The line can be a bit long depending on when you go (especially weekends) but there’s relatively no line when they first open on a weekday.

Long line unless you ho there as the restaurant opens. The soup is really good, probably one of the best in Dallas so far. I hope they keep it up because other ramen shops' soup keep getting diluted over time. New summer menu available.

One of my favorite ramen place! My favorite is the Spicy Miso Ramen.

Famous Japanese Ramen. Soup is creamy, but too salty. Noddle is chewable. Yummy! So happy Dallas has a traditional Ramen Store.
