This is the best Chinese/Dim Sum places in all of Dallas area. The food is always fresh, priced well and the staff is always friendly. I've taken my family here as well as business clients and have always left satisfied and happy. I would definitely recommend it! Must try the Peking Duck and Dim Sum.

Having never had true dim sum before, I had very little idea of what to expect. If you've never tried it before, this is the perfect place to start. The sheer diversity of the tiny dishes means you can spend as little or as much time as you want to experiment.
As a typical American, this was a new and exciting experience. But the thing that struck me was how much my Asian friends loved the food. They were far more familiar with this style of dining than I was, and they seemed to love it as much as I did. That speaks volumes to me.
I will definitely be going back even though it's a 45-minute drive from home, and I'm defintely going to bring my friends. Because that is what this kind of dining experience is all about.

Definitely Recommend this place and it just became my new favorite Chinese Restaurant. A newly open restaurant serving delicious authentic Cantonese style food, Dim Sum made from scratch and many popular Chinese favorites. Took my family there a few times when they visited me here in Texas and they were very impressed with the service, ambiance and the FOOD! Over the period of one week we tried their Clam in Black Bean Sauce, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Hot and Sour Soup, Roasted Duck, Chicken Lo Mein, House Fried Rice, Eggplant pot with salted fish, Fish Maw Soup, Grouper with XO sauce, Lobster with ginger scallion (special order) and a few more entrees that I can’t recall but everything was cooked to perfection and all their unique spices/ingredients complimented each other perfectly. We also stop in Sunday to try their Dim Sum and their selection and quality was superior to most that I’ve tried around the DFW Metroplex. Everything tasted very fresh and each of the many steam Dim Sum items had perfectly soft, moist skin with good depth of texture and flavor. Their bake items and deep fried items were also amazing. Their Deep Fried Shrimp Ball and Fried Shrimp Taro were so good and unlike anything that I’ve ever had. I do believed that the other few major Dim Sum restaurants do not have these and when pair with their homemade sweet and spicy sauce and homemade hot chili sauce it was like heaven. We also had their pork rice porridge and it was so good I had to order a quart Togo, perfect for the upcoming winter and at $2.75 their prices are very fair. Two Thumbs Up and Welcome to Plano!!

My husband and I ate here for the first time on Saturday. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food was AMAZING. Best Dimsum!!!! It was so good. My husband ordered the Mongolian beef and said that it was the best tasting Mongolian beef he has ever had. We will definitely be back.

Had an absolutely amazing dinner tonight. The dim sum was absolutely fabulous. Loved almost every single dish and was not disappointed with anything. The owner and staff were lovely and friendly. Cherry (one of the owners) even took the time to chat with our little boy. We have a new favorite dim sum restaurant and will be back. 2 standout dishes that were our favorite are the calamari (light, tender, creamy with just the perfect amount of salt) and the beef tendon (super tender & seasoned to perfection). They have the best bbq pork puff and deep fried taro , we bought two big trays for our birthday party and it was so good , all our guess loved it ! Can’t wait to come back for more . A must try dim sum place in town !
This place offers wide selections of dim sum. Although they don’t have push carts like how dim sums are traditionally served, the dim sums are fresh and tasty. Like many reviews stated, the doughs are kinda thick, but everything else is good. The service is superb too!
We really enjoy Zhang's kitchen for a few reasons. The food is fresh and the flavor is good. It is BYOB and the servers are very polite. The portions are also very good.

It took about 45 minutes for them to fulfill a large to-go order of 24 items placed online. Would have been better had their system informed me of a pick up time. The persons at the counter were friendly, and all the items I ordered tasted good. Quite good experience overall.
