First time to try this place. Food was tasty, tables dirty. No one ever walked around to clean off tables, giving it a “park with dirty picnic tables” vibe. Apparently, all sandwiches are toasted (?) we didn’t realize that and weren’t asked…counters are tall so you can’t tell they are being toasted. I was fine with that, others in party were not happy. Spent $11-$15 per person.

PotBelly in General has always been great with online pick up orders but this location on Park Blvd is terrible. I live really close by so I have no choice but to order from there a lot of times and every single time I come to pick up my food its not ready. I end up waiting another 15 minutes for it to be ready. They dont even use the online order shelves. One time I had to wait in line to go up to the counter and ask for my order which she just had sitting right next to her on the counter instead of on the pick up shelf. Most of the time its faster to order in person than to order online and pick up. Really wish management would change here or something, it's not being done right like other locations.

When ordering online you should probably check to make sure it has everything you ordered. Nearly every time I order I ask for a side of dressing they end up forgetting to include it. End up having to go back and ask them for it. Not a huge deal just kind of frustrating.

I'm not much on toasted sandwiches but this place is close to my new job. I had the Italian sandwich and I must say, it was outstanding. The service wasn't great but I don't expect great service from a sandwich shop. This place will be in my weekly rotation of lunch favs.

The most incompetent restaurant I have ever seen. I drive for Uber and every time I go in there, they never have the order ready, and they have no idea what they’re even supposed to give me. They’re always rude, and they’re always taking forever. Each time is at least a 15 minute wait, even if there’s no one in the entire restaurant. If I could, I’d give them 0 stars. I purposely go to other BBQ places just to spite them and not give them my business.

Worst experience ever. Been coming here for awhile for the farmhouse salad which is usually wonderful. Today I ordered it with NO blue cheese, add avocado and double the balsamic vinegarette. Spent over $9 and got 90% lettuce (half of which was wilted or brown), very little chicken or avocado. Got blue cheese and didn't get any dressing. To top it off no receipt to validate my purchase. Very disappointed!!! �

You have horrible customer service. I placed an order today for a delivery of 20 sandwiches. My account was charged $150. I was having food delivered to my physical therapists office. I called and was told it was being delivered. 2 hours later, I receive a voicemail stating that they forgot to send it. I call the store back and the manager, Donovan, said that you are going through transitions with the website. I told him that answer is not good enough. I wanted to speak with someone at corporate and he wouldn't give me a number. He told me to find it on your website. Very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for over a decade.
