First time to try this place. Food was tasty, tables dirty. No one ever walked around to clean off tables, giving it a “park with dirty picnic tables” vibe. Apparently, all sandwiches are toasted (?) we didn’t realize that and weren’t asked…counters are tall so you can’t tell they are being toasted

I haven’t eaten my sandwich yet, but I know it’s going to be delicious. It has to be, as the evening crew provided some of the sweetest customer service I’ve had in a while. I wish each of you the best. Thank you!

PotBelly in General has always been great with online pick up orders but this location on Park Blvd is terrible. I live really close by so I have no choice but to order from there a lot of times and every single time I come to pick up my food its not ready. I end up waiting another 15 minutes for it

When ordering online you should probably check to make sure it has everything you ordered. Nearly every time I order I ask for a side of dressing they end up forgetting to include it. End up having to go back and ask them for it. Not a huge deal just kind of frustrating.

I'm not much on toasted sandwiches but this place is close to my new job. I had the Italian sandwich and I must say, it was outstanding. The service wasn't great but I don't expect great service from a sandwich shop. This place will be in my weekly rotation of lunch favs.

The most incompetent restaurant I have ever seen. I drive for Uber and every time I go in there, they never have the order ready, and they have no idea what they’re even supposed to give me. Good place to grab their tasty sandwiches. They have a small dine-in option, whic my wife and i used it for a leisurely dinner.
