Rudest experience I’ve ever encountered. We decided to leave after 4 separate instances all before being seated. Sad to say they will never earn our business again. Horrible service. The managers were yelling at the hostess for trying to seat my party. We waited 64 minutes for a table then finally left. New Orleans Crab Shack is so much better. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful.

My kids and I got horribly sick after eating here. Puked up the crawfish in the parking lot. Called the restaurant to let them know. They told me we needed to go to the doctor before they would do anything about a refund. Worst experience ever.
Update: This place has run down and gone from mediocre to bad . Not sure what happened or if ownership has changed! But the lack of quality in food and a bunch of lazy, unprofessional people running this establishment makes it an even more unpleasant experience. Plus they've gone up on the prices
