Review Buffalo Wild Wings - Plano

Save your time and money and go some place else. We ordered twenty traditional and twenty boneless wings with sauce. We received ZERO sauce and two boxes of completely COLD and DRY chicken wings and one box of SOGGY COLD fries. Carie (the manager) walked in and her attitude was extremely distasteful that it made the situation far worse. From the get go she came in with a negative tone and that “you are wrong, I am right” type of attitude. She had no intention to fix the issue and instead she claimed that it was our fault and we misplaced the sauce and somehow we misplaced the carrots and celery. Unbelievable! She took the food back and would not provide a refund and she refused to provide a phone number for the regional manager. She made it feel as if all problems must be addressed through her and you are at her mercy. We wasted two hours here between trying to get some food and travel. In the end, we received zero food, paid $50, and walked out without any sort of refund and blame that we somehow misplaced the sauce, etc. Rest assured, I am certainly going to think twice before entering another Buffalo Wild Wings after this incident. I wish we had read the previous few months worth of reviews here because we experienced similar issues with the quality of food and dreadful service. Lesson learned.

Dry over cooked “boneless” wings with extremely tough-crunchy breading. overcooked or old reheated French fries. The bone in wings were ok. Maybe you all should edit your offerings so you can do everything well instead of hit today miss tomorrow products.

The boneless wings were good but they were much smaller than I expected. I ordered a 15 piece ($15) with the intentions of having some leftovers but I ate it all there. Also I only got 2 small sticks of celery when I asked for celery. The food was good but it just wasn’t filling.

Very rude especially the manager. We came in early enough before the Super Bowl game started. I asked for 30 traditional wings well done. I was then advised that we couldn't get well done wings because of the super bowl an all the call in orders they had. I'm a paying customer too that's dinning inn and can't have my food cooked how I want it. 😩🤔🤔 that's crazy...

The wings are mediocre and the fries are good. However, the time I went, my fries were stale and cold and my wings were not fresh. They gave me a little box with my fries in it but there were little to no fries in it (the box costs more than the fries). I had two separate combos and they did not do a good job at sorting them out. I gave an extra tip hoping for good quality food and service but that did not happen this time…. Also, why are the wing prices jacked up on what supposed to be a discount on Tuesday? Wings cost way more on Tuesday than any other day of the week.

The management here sucks. The food is ok, I understand you're dealing with new servers but my food shouldn't be cold when it comes out. Takeout sucks, I often dash food from here and consistently get told that food has been stolen from the shelf that advertises free food. The people working cashier for takeout are always amazing in letting me know that the food has been taken and how to let support know. I love monterae, Harley, and vivid, they always help with the orders when they aren't stolen.

Awesome food and our server was very respectful. We enjoyed and watched the Oklahoma State University. We didn't feel pressure that we had to leave.

I really enjoyed my food at this location. My waitress Daylah was awesome! She was so patient with my kids and was just so sweet! I prefer to go to this location, when there is one 10 minutes away from my home.

I’ve always enjoyed myself at BWW. The staff is friendly. The food is good. Always have the top games on the screen. What else could you ask for???

Five adults and two children on Saturday around five PM. We were virtually the only customers in the place. Service was incredibly S L O W! Slow to take our drink orders, slow to take our food orders, and it took almost half an hour to get our dinners. The food was okay. But, never again.

Horrible experience! I went there with 5 other friends to watch the cowboys and redskins game. Our server couldn’t take the whole tables order at once. He had to walk back and forth to enter each persons order. That didn’t bother me the most, but what was the most disgusting experience is getting your wings while smelling the sewage truck outside! I couldn’t even eat! Everyone around our table was covering their nose to not smell the sewage!

Great service!! Great wings!! Husband had the California wrap. He loved it!! Mozzerella cheese sticks are good too. The marinara is the best hands down over anybody in town.

Did not eat. I was with my two children. I obviously looked my age. I only had my television producer ID, my children had their ID but they refused to serve me alcohol even though I was obviously the elder in the group. It was disgusting

If you carry find a better place to go. I'd suggest pluckers. Not to mention pluckers taste much better.

Really disappointed that the Tuesday night half off wrong special is gone. Why oh why would they do that?

Felt completely rushed. Dropped the check and never asked if we wanted another round. A little disappointed because she wasn't overly busy. Regret leaving 20%

Took forever to seat us even though they had empty tables that had just been cleared off while we were stood there. Slow service overall. Messed up my wife’s order in the kitchen. Server didn’t come back to our table to check on us and we had empty drinks. Will not be back to this location.

The wings are great, but if you order the Mediterranean salad, it does not come with chicken on it even though it is the first ingredient listed on the menu. You have to ask for it. They don't ask you. It's happened to me twice. Why should I have to ask for chicken if it's listed on the menu? It should have the salad listed with the price, then add chicken at the bottom. Then I would know to ask for it.

The food is good. The service is fast. Reviews must be 50 Characters! lol! Wifi is free. Televisions are everywhere; all four walls have 4 televisions! If you like country, you'll probably like their music.

Ordered Takeout and food was cold when I opened it up (I live 3 blocks away). Sauces were not consistent with prior times there. The Take Out took someone 15 minutes to acknowledge me standing there (left unmanned). A busboy ended up acknowledging I was there and got staff

I frequent this place quite often. The bartenders are very good and that is something I look for in a place I go frequently.
