Review Five Guys - Plano

We showed up about 11:15am today, on 4/30/2022. We saw that Five Guys is open 7 days a week from 11am-10pm. We tried to go in, but the doors were locked. As we waited for them to open the door- a gentleman opened the door and said they won’t be ready to open for another 45 minutes. Which brings the scheduled open time behind 1 hour. Many people, are waiting to get in five guys. We’re all pretty mad!

best burger I have had in a while ! Rich decadent experience. We ordered hamburger and cheeseburgers and they were so delicious that we didn’t stop after the first bite to even talk lol. Accompanied by Cajun fries it was the perfect way to end a gloomy Monday ! Will be back again soon

This location is terrible. Staff is lazy and does not care about service or quality. There has been a leak of some kind under the soft drink dispenser for almost a year. Tables and floor are always dirty even when business is slow. Have observed employees wearing rubber gloves but this does no good when they are constantly pulling up their pants, rubbing their noses/masks, playing with cell phones, but don’t change gloves. Took 26 minutes to receive my order when only two other people in store. Ordered large fries and there were not even enough fries in the cup to be called a medium order. Tried to speak to someone about the lack of fires and they ignored me. Avoid this location. Five guys has a good quality product but this location is not the place to get it.

Tried Five Guys in Orlando Florida about a decade ago and it was a decent experience. Decided to give them another try here and I sorely regret it. Took a total of 22 minutes from the time I placed my order to the time I received my burgers. The place was not busy, around 5 other customers. The place was not understaffed, full kitchen of workers. I ordered 2 Cheeseburgers and fries. When the meal arrived it was cold. The fries were cold and in some pitiful looking courtesy cup - for over 4 bucks this would have to be the biggest joke ever. The meat in the burgers were thick but the temperature of the burgers felt like it had been left out on the bench to cool for a long time. At close to 10 bucks each they were definitely the most underwhelming burgers I have ever had. Total meal cost was 26 bucks. I can get 5 burgers and 2 fries for that price and In n Out and come out a thousand times more satisfied than what I got from Five Guys. Would definitely recommend you to give Five Guys a big miss - save your time and money and go elsewhere. I am one thoroughly disappointed customer and will never go back there again.

Should say in bold on menu paying $12.39 for bacon burger ONLY! FRIES NOT INCLUDED. $7.19 for hotdog ONLY! FRIES NOT INCLUDED. $7. 00 more for large fries. NOW I REMEMBER WHY I DON'T GO THERE! No combinations available. Another $2.99 for a drink. Milkshake machine not working. Ordered for pickup. Bacon burger soggy. Will not be returning

One of the best burger places there is. Cajun fries are to die for. Clean the Coke freestyle more often though because it's starting to taste like a little bit of everything.

Burger is decent, like that you can get all sorts of add-ons. And of course Cajun fries are nice, especially the way Five Guys dumps extra fries in the bag. But the prices have gotten WAY too high the past couple years, nearly $10 for a regular burger.

In-N-Out Burger VS Five Guys in my point of view N n out You can taste the fresh tomato, potatoes 🥔, cheese, beef. It's not junk. And it's a clean place inside and outside (drive-through) and parking lot also. Less money you pay 💵 good customer service and clean employee I mean handsome. Five Guys 👦 Clean place, good customer service, 1 meal it will make you feel that you can't eat more! Delicious 🍟 but it contains a lot of oil. I can't taste the freshness of anything. Both are top in Burgers but I prefer In-N-out burger.
