Hey this place is off the chain. You'll see by the photos that if you passed it by you probably not give it a second though. Had a doctor's visit today across the street at the hospital. I had an extra time so I thought a little hungry I'll try this little spot. Well I walked in and I was mistakenly wrong. Totally flabbergasted but they had so many different kinds of kolaches. Cream Spanish Italian chicken taco I can't name them all but they are all excellently baked it's not your little time you called you from a donut shop. You had to check one out! You'll be glad you did! Hope everybody has a wonderful memorial weekend!

It was my first time to any Kolache Factory and Ana was amazing. Helped me pick some choices and was so friendly and upbeat.

They have the BEST kolaches I’ve ever had. They have a crazy variety of them. And they are all good. They are always quick and very friendly. They label what you put in the bag and they’re very considerate while you’re ordering.

I go to the Plano location a lot( years )very good KOLACHE the service is very bad this morning I went there there was a small Spanish girl there look like she was mad about everything, very rude this has happened to me five times prior this is the first review I wrote giving them a chance it’s the same little Spanish girl every time before they had another one that was very polite this one makes you feel like they don’t prescient you coming there, she had no patience for sure !!! She act like she was doing us a favor us being the customer, prior she’s forgot my chocolate milk I had to come back and tell her probably gonna find another place to have breakfast in the morning thank you please pay attention to your employeesThey can wreck your business

I hope they open another store in Carrollton. I recommend this place for those who want to eat medium-heavy or more than donuts. Kolache will fill you up and your morning life will be different than any other.

Cheese kolache is ok, but I've had equally good from the grocery store. The other items (egg, cheese & sausage kolache, etc) are microwaved with characteristic hot and cold spots and taste frozen.
Amazed they've been in business as long as they have, there must be something I'm missing.

Just disappointed, a coupon on Facebook for buy 2 get 2 so I was intrigued to try this place out when I get there the coupon on Facebook will not show back up again I'm mention the coupon to the lady at the front she says we have to see it to be able to give you the deal so I searched for a few minutes and still can't find it. So I was like you know what nevermind I'll just go ahead and order and what I ordered let's just say the quality of the meat cheeses and items put inside the kolaches and the size of the kolache were very disappointing for the amount of money I spent.

Delicious. A manager I work with drives past the place every day on his way to the office and I always beg him to bring me some. He never does though because he's mean (haha). On the weekends though I'll happily drive from Irving to Plano for a chance at this baseball or softball sized beautiful carb loaded delicacy. 10/10 tell your friends

Those jalapeño poppers are to die for!!! And I am a person that really does not like jalapeños but I definitely love these! Mmm Mmmm good!! Everything is good at Kolache Factory :)
