Tong Sing Chinese Restaurant

I live in the delivery area of this restaurant and have been using it for probably 20 years now. Out of all the local Chinese restaurants, it was always my favorite. However, lately, the quality of the food has really gone downhill. It seems like more and more often anything fried is fried to the point where it is dried out and almost leathery inside. I received chicken fingers that were fried so dark the outside looked like leather and the inside was just completely dried out. Same with true with the egg rolls, looks like they had been left in the fryer for three extra cycles. The other thing that bothers me is this restaurant has always had free delivery if you live within a certain radius. They have ended that and now not only do you have to pay for delivery, but they request a tip for the delivery driver. Nope. It's one or the other. If you deliver for free and I'm satisfied with the service, I will tip as I always have. But if I have to pay for delivery, that is the tip. They raised their prices Quite a bit recently which I understand because everything has gone up, but at the same time their prices went up the quality went down. I'm hoping it's temporary because they were always such a good restaurant. Because it is authentic Chinese, the employees speak and understand very little English so it's been very hard for me to tell them that the fried items have been way overcooked. I'm sure I'll try it again and give them a shot again, but the last two orders were overcooked so much they were mostly inedible

Their food was pretty good, but their service was awful. We waited an hour for delivery and found we were missing some of our order. Actually took the time to call and ask them about it and instead of honoring what we ordered and making their customer happy, the woman argued on the phone with us about a $10 difference and wasted my time. We won’t be ordering here anymore. Check your delivery orders before they leave 👎🏻

We have been order here and had it delivered for years! We enjoyed the food. But the other day when the food come I had a Chinese man yelling at me because of the amount of tip we left on the card when we order. We are senior citizens and don’t appreciate Being yelled at. They have a delivery fee and we gave a tip. So we will not be ordering from here again.
