First & Last Tavern

delicious, freshly made food that tastes homemade, with fresh ingredients that make such a difference...friendly & attentive staff--but not over-the-top/annoying either which i rly appreciate, (didnt seem fake/forced, & we had a convo without being unnecessarily interrupted too many times...and i know this shouldn't matter--i dont wanna come across wrong at all, only as a compliment--but our server, & rly all the servers, was & were very beautiful...if we're being honest, i mean, who doesn't love eye candy? just saying, anyway though...) ...everything we got was exactly to order & tasted as expected or better, we both had zero complaints... great, unique environment thats in between fancy & cozy... will definitely return & recommend!

Service almost ruined this visit. It was about as unfriendly as you can get. Never checked back on the table once during the visit. Place was not busy. Thankfully the food was great! Turkey BLT Panini was a good size and tasted great. Blackened Salmon Sandwich was fantastic. It's a regular sized sandwich. Salmon was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. This alone was worth the 5 stars. Lots of parking and interior of restaurant is really nice. If anything First and Last, the server on our visit needs some friendly lessons. If the food was not as good as it was, the service would have totally been a one star review.

It was my first time here with a friend. We came around 6pm and there was a 15 minute wait to be seated. The air smells great as soon as you come in, like garlic and herbs. I instantly knew I was going to like my dine in experience. The waiter was Alex he was very nice and prompt. Not sure what they call the bread they give you while you wait to place your order, but I absolutely love it! I ordered a Chicken Philly sandwich, with garlic parmesan fries on the side. It was awesome, it tasted great! I would've been happier if I had a larger portion of fries, I ate all my fries before I finished my sandwich. I also had a drink the Strawberry Basil Margarita, and it was so yummy! It had just the right amount of alcohol, I hate when I buy a drink at a restaurant and you can't really taste the alcohol in it, so I really enjoyed my drink! I had a really good experience here and I look forward to coming back and trying out there brick oven pizza.

Take out order tonight for cheeseburger w/fries and wife ordered single meatball with fries on side. One meatball slightly larger than a golf ball was almost $4. My burger ($17) was disappointing. I ordered it med rare and it was well. NO pink. Food cost in this review includes tax and tip. I’ll think twice about ordering again.

My sandwich was OK. For the money... It's not very good. No included sides, so I paid fifteen dollars for a sausage link, half a green pepper, some onion, a mushroom or two, a couple slices of cheese, and an overcooked(read HARD) bun. Sixteen dollars for a few ravioli that were still HARD... That just says that they don't make it themselves... And it took another fifteen minutes to recook. Ravioli. Fifteen minutes. The calamari was good. The salad was from a bag... Clearly... Square chopped lettuce. You can't afford prep cooks? Next time, I'll just go across the street.
