The best bar in town! The best karaoke ever! The overall bar! It's always a great time here! The staff is always really really nice! Best pizza and wing sauces hands down.

I had such a great time! Kal was absolutely amazing! Brian is the biggest sweetheart ever. Definitely coming back here in the future! Never felt more welcome!

Not my typical choice to go to but it was nice nonetheless. Karaoke and bar in the first room... game room in the next and dance floor in the following. Thankfully different music in all three. Food was good.

Our food was great. The only thing I didn't like was my wife got a chicken sandwich and she got pieces of chicken that fell out of her sandwich. Usually the chicken is a full breast. Not pieces.

If you're looking for a great time please set aside time to visit this great local gay bar for an awsome experience. This place has the best atmosphere that I have experience in a great while. Great university bar that's more than friendly to LGBTU+ family. I definitely felt at home

Best new gay bar in NEPA with great food. Multiple atmospheres: karaoke, pop/dance DJ who actually plays your requests, and an upscale lounge in the rear 😜. Luv the rear.

A fun place with excellent food! 3 of us shared the Philly Mac and cheese.. it was huge! The burgers were great as well.

No small talk at the bar , patron interaction was minimal. However, the establishment itself was large, clean, and had a good atmosphere. Was there on a karaoke night, and it was entertaining to witness, and a lot of patrons who sang actually rocked it! The restroom was clean, and the coin op pool tables actually worked and had decent cues available. Tap beer was probably sitting in the line too long and became warmer, but the second was much colder. I did not eat. However, my friend enjoyed his food . It smelled good and was presented nicely for bar food. I'll go again

I absolutely love Ole Tyme Charley's Restaurant & Pub in Plains. They’re Chicken Fajita Quesadillas are my favorite! Grilled tortilla stuffed with diced grilled chicken, cheese, sautéed onions, sweet peppers and diced jalapeños, served with salsa and sour cream. The Smoked Wings are also amazing. I’m usually a wing bite type of gal but I tried these and Holy Schnikes!!!! Just eating them plain without any sauce was like heaven in my mouth! Add a side of spinach ranch to dip them in, and you’re golden! Yum . The Spicy Ranch Boneless Bites are another favorite of mine. On Wednesday’s I typically order a half pound-pound and I’m always satisfied. I enjoy going out on Wednesday nights for karaoke, the bartenders are awesome, they bust their butts on a busy night and I’ve always had great service even when it’s shoulder to shoulder on the weekend. I started coming here about 7 months ago and instantly felt like I fit in. OTC has a diverse crowd and even when you go alone there’s always someone who will greet you and strike up a conversation with you. OTC is one of my favorite places to go to in NEPA and I’ve made a few new friends while going. Brian, Nanette, Alan, Kal, Martha, and Phyllis always make me feel so welcomed and I never feel like an outsider. Friendly staff & delicious food. Every time I go to OTC I am always treated like family & get outstanding service
