Good service and good food in nice atmosphere. A bit pricey for my taste. Expect drinks to be over $12 and portions to be just enough. Could use some good updates to the menu choices.

Went on a late Saturday, so the place was not busy. They have bar seating, dining and outdoor seating. The staff was very kind and attentive as we were the only who dined inside at a table. I hadn't looked at the menu before hand, it was a select lunch selection (1130-4). So ended up with a $6 plate of crusty bread. The herb butter was fab. Happy hour is at 4 at the bar area only. The bathroom was nice and spacious but the small hall between the men and women was tight. Everything was clean and spacious. The area is surrounded by lots of shops and of course the Ny famous Erie Canal.

There were some incredible things about this restaurant and also some really disappointing things about this restaurant, but I feel like four is the right place to land. Our server was very difficult to follow, which made ordering pretty confusing, and the bread platter we ordered came out with stale bread, so that was a pretty rough start. Our second appetizer was a bee sting Margarita bread and it was absolutely incredible. Salmon dinner was very good but the burger dinner was a little bit dry and underwhelming. The environment and decor is beautiful and the chairs are extremely comfortable to sit in so it’s a great environment to relax. Great but limited selection of local beers on tap.

Had an amazing experience at Label 7. It was my first time here and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the restaurant was inside! We had the fried green tomatoes (amazing) and bee sting bruschetta as our appetizers and the chicken and waffles for my entree. It was the BEST chicken and waffles I’ve ever had. Highly recommended their food here, was very impressed with the ambience and quality of the food 👏🏼

Everything on the menu here is fantastic, with outdoor seating across the canal, also has a great bar seating area and more formal dining room.

This was my first time at Label 7. The service was good. I think they were short-handed but it was hard to tell. The food came quickly and was delicious. I had the harvest salad with grilled chicken. It was filling and a very interesting combinations of tastes. I missed the pears described, as it only had apples, but between the pecans and light vinaigrette the sweetness mixed well with the greens, onions and chicken breast. My dining mates enjoyed the salmon dish and the chicken and waffles.

Had lunch with friends, weather was amenable to outdoor seating which was great.Service was timely and the waitress was friendly and attentive.The meals were generous( most opted for salads)and well presented;on our list for future visits

Lovely place to eat. I have the chicken and waffles with a beer sampler. OH MY!! The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and comforting. Best part is when you leave you get to see a beautiful view of the Erie Canal.

First and last time going. The food was ok except the cook didn't know what temp medium was from mid well or well on ALL the stesks....but the thing that annoyed me most was the cake fee that wasn't brought to the attention of everyone at the party. Regardless of who made the reservation, If I'm the one paying for my food (expensive ass food at that) whatever fees/gratuities should be brought to my attention upfront. A flat fee would even be acceptable versus a charge per slice, which my 1 yr old son was charged but never received. Although refunded for the $1 charged for my infant, I don't like people who are sneaky, I would have even tipped on top of gratuity had things gon better but I would not recommend nor go back

We held my husband's 40th birthday party at Label 7 and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. Every step of the way the staff made sure that we were taken care of. We had guests come in from three different states and the consensus was unanimous that the food, drinks and service were all outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of the party. Chris and Evan are truly class acts. We will be telling everyone about our fantastic experience and will certainly be back for dinner and any events we have in the future. If you are looking for a venue for a private event, or a special night out, or even a random weeknight night dinner & drinks, I thoroughly recommend this place. Excellent in every way!

First time visiting. We received a gift card for Christmas & what a good one! The atmosphere is nice, the bar was busy & the food was great! There were 4 of us, we shared the special goat cheese & onion jam crostini which was delicious. Our entrées were yummy! Our server Matt recommended the apple fritter bread pudding with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert, it was to...die...for!!! Matt made our visit very enjoyable. Thanks, we will be back!

Love this restaurant...food is consistently rewarding. My fav..the Angry Ceasar but the scallops with bacon-scallion relish was everything this bacon lover expected ...deliishous! Wine list is above par and the service has yet to disappoint. Wonderful menu without being pretentious...friendly and helpful service. 👍👍👍👍

I'm giving it a 3 because the food was delicious. LA chicken, Mac & Cheese and the calamari was great. The service, however, was less than fantastic. Had reservations for 4, for 7pm and arrived about 5 to. 5 ppl walked in right before us, a couple right after, and about 5-7 were already there standing in the doorway. Told the host we had reservations, and went to grab a drink as we expected a short wait, no big deal. 15 minutes later, we were ther only ones still waiting, while there was a table of 4 still open. After about a half hour of waiting, we finally got seated. Waiter was more attentive to table of 8 and 10, which I get and completely understand, but never once asked us how our food was. All in all, I'm disappointed as this would easily have been 5 stars had the service not been so bad.

This place is amazeballs!!! I went with wifey and we met up with a couple friends. Food and drinks were great!! Fried green tomatoes were the best I ever had! Chicken and waffles were finger licking good!!! Our bartender was awesome and the owner is cooler than a polar bears toe nails!! We'll definitely be back!!!

Nice atmosphere. Service so-so and the food was tasty but pricey. $16 for a burger and fries $14 for a small fried green tomato sandwich and fries so, you tell me.. PRICEY? If not for that we may have considered going back.
