Great service, great coffee. We got an almond milk cappuccino, hot chocolate and a coffee-free chocolate shake plus some toasted bagels n cheese, cookie and cake. The bagels are pre-bought (not fresh) but tasted good toasted with cream cheese. Ask for double cheese because one is enough for one side
My boyfriend and I always stop by here while we wait for our laundry down the street at The Laundry Factory. The coffee, service, and atmosphere is always great. Very quiet and relaxing. We just tried one of their paninis as well. Delicious!
My only complaint is the bear in the tutu on the trapeze
Great coffee like all other Crazy Mochas, and I like their chia tea lattes a lot more than Starbucks'. This location is kind of dingy these days, but there is usually a table open and it's quiet enough to get work done. I recommend this franchise and this branch specifically.
The coffee is fine, price good. This is a really great coffee shop for working in though. It's fairly quiet. The tables are really great and there's a diverse collection of them, and chairs comfortable.
Love it in Shadyside ! Smoothies when hot great coffee and wifi everywhere! I first went to their location in Lawrenceville then Northside. They were my spot for coffee.

Just your regular, average Crazy Mocha. Nice barristas. Pretty modern looking. They could do to have more people behind the counter.
I'm a Crazy Mocha regular, but never been to this location. Friendly staff and the normal atmosphere you'd expect from a CM.

Pretty quiet, even when it's crowded. We were even able to teach a missionary discussion in there. :)
Lots of chairs and desks in the shop. Very similar atmosphere you'd expect from Coffee Mocha.
