This is the best McDonald's in downtown Pittsburgh the other one on Liberty which I'm at right now sucks so bad every employees are too busy goofing around with each other and taking their sweet old time. But when I filled they're great they're nice and polite in the food comes very quick very tasty

This was the ONLY McDonald's that I have ever been to where the crew was not only polite and courteous, the order was completely correct!! There were no crew members talking rudely or swearing loudly, as I am accustomed to in McDonalds! Professionalism dominates!!!
I felt like a king with service and quality, the one thing I would fix is the cash registers display screens all of them were broken or damaged. Also, the receipts were illedgable and in need of service.
Visited 3-4 times, the servers are nice, but no ketchup bugs me. Mixed up my order once so taking off one star.
