Wendy's

When this Wendy’s first opened it had pretty good service. Now they close early all the time. It says they are closing at 11 pm but when I was there at 10:20 pm they took the car in front of me but then told us they were closed. When they are open the line is wrapped around the building and they are always out of food. Also, do not order on the app. When you get there the inside is closed so you have to wait in a long line for food that you placed ahead of time for them to fight with me that the order is not there when it was sitting there since the order was already done.

So I worked here. I have never in my entire life seen such a ghetto trashy group of people. They could literally be the cast of an episode of 60 days in. There food is literally never fresh. It sits out for sometimes 45 minutes to an hour. They don't care about the customers at all, literally the definition of people who only care about a paycheck. I'm not even joking when I say these people literally don't even know what proper English is, and definitely have absolutely no respect. If you want the worst possible service, old food, seemingly impossible wait times, long lines, bad manners and an overall negative experience this is exactly where to find it. Good luck to u all, and may God have mercy on whoever applies there.

My friend, who is an EMS paramedic, went here to get lunch while on his shift, so he was wearing his EMS uniform. He was told by the girl working the counter that she wouldn't serve police. When he explained that he wasn't police, that he was EMS, she said she wouldn't serve pigs. When he asked for the manager, the manager told him to get out of her store and quit causing trouble and she said some other choice cuss words to him when the one causing trouble was her own employee. DO NOT EAT HERE! They do not support first responders who put their lives on the line every day to protect our community.

Today we were appalled to witness the food prep employees without GLOVES, handling raw chicken nuggets, then scooping fries, while playing with her hair and scratching her head. Additionally, the employee who was mopping, did not wash hands after and began to fill orders. We have notified the health department as this is not SAFE FOR the public, as food bourne illnesses are real. We pointed this out to the manager, who immediately said she didn't see anything, but then spoke to employee and they began to laugh. When we began to question this further we were told by the employees to "FU&K OFF". We understand working with the public is not easy, however, this and what we experienced and saw happening was and should be a concern for EVERYONE who eats at this establishment. Lastly, from a service perspective, we waited 20 minutes for our food, but then after this situation we were told it would be another 26 minutes for the food to be available. Again, we walked out. This is no way to handle a service business. BEWARE FOLKS
