Burger King - Pittsburgh - Photo album

I gave 4vstars. Food was good but almost left because they were trying to make us use the kiosk to order. Almost wouldn't take our order at the counter. Couldn't find what we wanted on the kiosk. Finally took our order and it was good.

It took a while in the Drive thru at least 30 minutes. But I will tell you them 3 employees was running the whole restaurant. They did a awesome job. The lady that worked the speaker and window was fast and virtuous and not to mention awesome and very kind and nice. Well worth the wait will go again

I usually have a typically negative experience when it comes to Burger King. However, after just leaving their the service was really great she was super friendly and went out of her way to be nice. I wish I could leave her a review on my receipt. However ,my friend threw it away. Bought at 11:34 pm

Every time I go to this location I get amazing food. Simple as that.

The store was clean.. And the food was good as always. The only thing that I didn't care for was one of the doors where locked, and we had to walk all way around the building to find a door that was open. The parking in front of the store was full and we had to park on the side where the door was l

The service at the drive thru was slow. They didn't have enough help. I left to go somewhere else. I came back I was able to order. The food was just as good as usual.

Customer service customer service isn't really good at this location. They take forever to make your food

Whopper was actually great! Almost didn't feel like "fast food". But I waited in the drive-thru line through 5 songs and a commercial break on the radio... Weird what you pay attention to when you are staring at a steering wheel for that long.

Short of workers, little slow but food was delicious.
