Although their pizzas aren't as good as they used to be (especially the pan pizza) they still hit the spot when we get them (which is only once in a while). The employees at the Etna branch make it worth while to go there. They're funny and courteous and they bust their butts.
I have never in my life witnessed such kind and helpful staff. For just picking up a pizza, I have never felt more welcome and accommodating.

We just had a pan pizza and breadsticks and they were absolutely delicious!! The new owner waited on me and she was so nice and friendly. She told me that her and her boyfriend just took it over. So if you had a bad past experience please give them another chance. =)
I gave it a four because almost everything was spot on, cust. serv, price, temperature, timing. But, we always get the alfredo pasta with chicken and the co. has re-done it with different noodles and no longer offer it in family portions which was more economical.

I have personally never had any problems with this Pizza Hut. I always order on-line and leave right after doing so... from my house in Millvale it is a 10 minute drive. When I get there my food is always ready within 5 min if not already. I have never received poorly cooked (burnt/undercooked) f
