I had already been having a bad day, but wanted to make my day better, by getting my favorite pizza from Pizza Palermo in Crafton, PA. My birthday is coming up on October 15th, & had a coupon for a free, small, one topping pizza. I was having an issue getting my internet to work. So, I called down to the Crafton location. One of the most pleasant employees answered the phone, by the name of Natalia. She is absolutely amazing. She helped me complete my order & was very patient & kind to me. Thank you so much, Natalia. You made my stressful day so much easier & I appreciate you for that. If you haven't tried Crafton's Pizza Palermo, what are you waiting on?! Not only will you get an amazing meal, but you'll also get to meet some amazing people that will go out of their way to make your day & provide you a meal that will put a huge smile on your face & fill your tummy! Go...call them...or order online. You definitely won't regret it. Thank you again, Natalia. You deserve a raise! 😊 Look @ that picture. So delicious! Very friendly food comes out fast and fresh and delicious 😋. Very helpful and free bread sticks when you order online. That's a deal.
I have a lot of children(a lot of picky children) and for instance, I have a child that loves buffalo pizza, but doesn’t like the buffalo sauce is hot as it usually is the manager Mohi always makes it a little less hot for him. There are some days that my children and white lots of sauce on the pizza and some days they wanted a little lighter, and they are always happy to accommodate this is well. All of the kids do agree that when we get pizza, this is the shop we go to. And there is not much that you can ask for that they will go out of their way to make sure it’s the way you want it, and not all shops are as accommodating, especially when I’ve gone in to pick up, and they are extremely busy, but always very friendly, even though we’ve asked for things different then they have been used to making them. It’s nice when you’re spending your money to get what you want and especially to get it with a smile!
This places food is incredibly good and always made hot and ready to eat, my personal favorite is the garlic parm wings, they were crispy and well seasoned and dressed, I got them with ranch and buffalo sauce for extra flavor and it was delicious. Today I got a pizza and garlic covered bread sticks which were hot and amazing and very cheap.

My mom orders pizza here every week. We usually go to pick up the pizzas. I go with her at least once or twice a month. We usually just order pizzas but once in a while, we throw in wings or a hoagie and they’re all delicious. My mom says the prices are reasonable, but that wouldn’t matter if the food wasn’t as good as it is.
The customer Service is absolutely amazing we never had a bad experience. The delivery drivers are always fast polite and the food is always hot. I just ordered tonight and the guy was so friendly we will definitely be ordering again.
I order from here if you times the month. At the very least at least once a week. Are usually pick up my food because of the location. There are other errands I can get done in the 15 minutes. It takes for my pizza to cook. When I do pick up my pizzas, the staff, of course recognizable since I’m there so often. They always have time for a hello and more often than not they have time to joke around with my children and make them laugh. I come here so often because the food is very reasonably priced.(I am a coupon shopper.) and for the price the quality is exceptional. I often tease them that they better stay in business or my children might starve. Of course I am kidding, but my kids to expect their weekly Palermo’s
Nataliia and the crew working on Friday October 27, 2023 were exceptional. They were are always friendly, professional and hard working. The food is always cooked perfectly and in a timely manner. Pizza Palermo is one of my favorite places to go!
I come here often , service is always great. Never had an issue with my food! Haven’t tasted anything bad yet! Staff is always great and patient !! Today Natalia helped me and she was super patient with me and super nice!! Will be back soon per usual!
