At this Chipotle restaurant, my husband and I ordered one burrito bowl. Last week, my son and I stopped and got a burrito, kids build your own and a drink. They kept asking what we wanted on the kids, they said we could have anything. He got steak, rice, queso, pico and lettuce. They said the kids meal also comes with fruit and chips if we want them. So we got that too.

We ordered 3 meals, and the kids meal came with only a cheese quesidilla, no sides. We ordered a chicken quesidilla kids meal which is supposed to come with rice, beans, and chips. This is the best Chipotle I've ever been too. They make my bowls just right, the ingredients are made on point(the chicken is always extra good and fresher here, in comparison to McKnight Rd Chipotle closeby), they respectfully acknowledge my specific requests, and the employees are friendly!

The pandemic has been tough on all of us but I don’t think anyone has suffered nearly as much as this Chipotle location. The final straw for me was the carnita bowl I just bought. The meat was all fat. This happens all the time. I’m not going back for a long while.

Absolutely atrocious service and no organization. Had no chicken of any kind prepared at 11:30, and portions were tiny because they were short on food and still charged full price. People were waiting 30 minutes for take out food pre-ordered.

Pick-up orders are routinely not ready until 10-20 minutes after the pickup time. What’s the point of having a pickup time when they employees just ignore it? Some people have tight schedules and this store has no respect for their customers’ time.
