Bruegger's Bagels

A paragon of bagelness! Essence of bagel! Properly chewy crust and dense insides - toast up very nicely. Dough isn't artificially sweetened, light and fluffy like the fake bagels sold in the local supermarkets. Compares very well to famous NYC and Philadelphia bagels. Naturally, we're regular customers.

3 of us ordered. And we pre-ordered so sandwiches were ready when we arrived. Delicious. 2 breakfast sandwiches-Farmhouse bagel & Sriracha Sunrise and twice baked hashbrowns. Our son ordered a luncheon babagel-turkey chipotle. Seriously, the best hashbrown that I ever had. Not greasy and it was cheesy. 2 of us got coffee.. and the coffee was good! We all loved our bagel sandwiches, very filling, almost hard to finish, but so good, we did! Definitely returning!

We’ve stopped there a number of times for breakfast and overall the food is usually great but a few times they’ve screwed up our orders which isn’t a big deal as long as it’s not for a difficult client or an allergy. The only other issue is that the drive through is particularly tight which can be difficult when they’re busy and there’s a milk crate and some trash in the corner of the parking lot where there’s usually an employee smoking.

Bruegger's has a strong bagel game. They are almost as good as the ones I ate while living in New York. The bagels are boiled properly, and you've got a good chance of having one hot from the oven in the morning. Traditional flavors like everything, onion, and sesame sit next to more offbeat offerings like blueberry, cinnamon crunch, and more. They also offer a variety of savory and sweet cream cheeses, breakfast sandwiches, and deli lunches. Their drip coffee is pretty good, as are the bottled and fresh juices. There are also kid-friendly juice boxes and chocolate milk. This is great as an eat-in establishment, but a quick drive-through for coffee and a bagel makes for a wonderful breakfast on the go.
