Great neighborhood bar. Friendly attentive staff. Food not as good as pre- covid and definitely a little pricy....but good for bar food. Great jukebox and tons or tvs. Clean bar. Daily specials. Parking can be a pain in the evening. My go to bar.

Great local bar with decent drink specials. I just moved from a state where there is no smoking indoors and I forgot that’s different in PA. It wasn’t bad as a non-smoker, and if you do smoke, this place is accommodating.
Great bar! Steady to busy daytime crowd and pretty lively night time crowd. Bartenders and staff are a chill bunch and all the food is solid, but the wings are the best. You can smoke inside and the drinks are well priced.
Great people, drinks and food is definitely worth it. Smoking inside allowed is a huge plus for some patrons, but no refuge for non smokers.
A nice local tap room. Cigarette and cigar friendly, been the same for decades. A friendly bar tender, good food, good service. Free parking, casual, clean and not expensive. Good draught beer selection, simple bar menu and for served quick and hot. I like it.

The Highland Bar has great food and great bartenders. Marie is an exceptional bartender as is Erin on Friday nights. Their service, food and my experiences at the Highland are always great! Always have fun and leave with my belly full! Keep up the good work Highland!
Love this local bar in West View. The bartenders are always nice, Britt is the best! They always have the games on, the food is decent and the prices are good! There's always a special going on. 50 cent wings on Mondays are the best!

Ordered food over the phone, and they said they food would be ready in 20 minutes. It took about 25 but no big deal. The staff was very friendly and polite, and gave my son a drink while we waited for food. We will definitely be returning due to the great service, good food, and reasonable pricing.
